Skills
: Design, Design BIM, HVAC Design, Electrical Design, AutoCAD Knowledge, Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, BIM, Plumbing Design
Job Description:
Develop and update 3D MEP models using Revit based on design inputs and markups.
Generate coordinated MEP drawings (shop, tender, IFC) as per project stages,
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, LOD standards, and project templates.
▸ Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP teams for design integration.
Prepare quantity take-offs and schedules from models as needed.
Support engineers in design calculations and model-based analysis.
Follow QA/QC procedures for drawing accuracy and BIM standards.
Maintain version control and proper file management using CDE (e.g., BIM 360).
