Design Architect
(Preferably Female)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit design documents, technical submittals, and approval requests in coordination with the Project Manager.
Modify and develop drawings, specifications, and construction documents as per project requirements, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and communication.
Review and interpret method statements, risk assessments, and ensure all project-related approvals are properly tracked and filed.
Perform design calculations and technical analysis, and provide recommendations to support construction and engineering decisions.
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the design and construction phases.
Oversee design-related quality control, participate in safety and coordination meetings, and support compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Monitor project budgets, review performance, and contribute to planning, budgeting, and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in AutoCAD and preferably Revit, with strong drafting and design capabilities.
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and architectural design standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design packages under deadlines.
Commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in every stage of project development.
