Darwish Interserve Facility Management (DIFM) was established in 2010 as a joint venture between Al Darwish United (ADU) Company and Interserve Plc. Today, DIFM is fully owned by ADU, proudly operating as a 100% Qatari-owned entity. Over the years, we have harnessed extensive international expertise and industry best practices to become a prominent force in Qatar’s Facilities Management sector. Darwish Interserve Facility Management (DIFM) brings extensive expertise in the operation, maintenance, and management of high-profile projects, serving leading clients across Qatar. Our portfolio includes the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), where we manage integrated services for 85% of Qatar’s public school sector, as well as prominent clients such as Milaha, Hamad International Airport, Ahli Bank, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, Katara, Aspire Zone, Qatar Airways, Qatar University, GEMS International Schools, Qatar Development Bank (QDB), and key ministries, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Municipality, and Ministry of Sports and Youth, among others.
DIFM also applies SFG20 – the standard for building maintenance established by the British Building Engineering Services Association – and is an active member of the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA). Our commitment to excellence is further reinforced through compliance with global hygiene standards set by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), with ongoing training provided at our dedicated in-house training center. QUALIFICATIONS
ENGINEERS:
Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar field
Familiarity with: SFG 20, ASHRAE, KAHRAMAA, QCDD, QCS, NFPA, IEC, ISO
MME (UPDA) registration – Minimum Grade B
SUPERVISORS:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field
Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure
TECHNICIANS:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant trade
ITI, Diploma, or Trade Certificate required
