Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Register service complaints and assign jobs to technicians.
• Coordinate service appointments and follow-up with technicians.
🔹 Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• Good communication skills in English (professional-level proficiency in Arabic preferred).
