✅ Analyse and interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
✅ Perform accurate quantity take-offs and ensure precision in cost estimations.
✅ Source supplier and subcontractor quotes for cost comparison.
✅ Conduct detailed rate analyses and cost breakdowns for all project components.
✅ Develop comprehensive cost proposals and technical bid documents.
✅ Collaborate with Design & Project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
✅ Organise and maintain tendering records.
✅ Stay updated on UAE construction standards, industry pricing, and market trends.
Location: Dubai
Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical diploma.
📅 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in UAE
