- Civil – Foreman
• Diploma/ITI
• With at least 3-4 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry
• Able to execute preventive, and corrective works, and attend emergency works.
• Team player, Planning and Delegation skills, Result- oriented
• Well-knowledgeable about wall/floor tiles installation and maintenance/Painting/Design & AutoCAD.
• Welding maintenance industrial (Metal gate, Metal door, metal grill)/Minor and major civil works rectification
• Knowledgeable about carpentry works (Finishing and maintenance)
