Job Description

🔹 Camp Boss

The Camp Boss will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and smooth day-to-day operations of the company’s labor accommodation / staff camp. The role ensures that all residents live in a clean, safe, comfortable, and compliant environment in line with UAE labor accommodation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the staff accommodation / labor camp efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor accommodation standards and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, catering, and maintenance staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
• Oversee room allocations, occupancy records, and resident registrations.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, plumbing, electrical, and general facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to camp operations.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and mess hall operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce camp rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Provide first aid support and manage emergency situations effectively when required.
• Liaise with HR, administration, and external authorities as needed.

✅ Requirements

To be considered for the Camp Boss position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle employee concerns effectively.
• Good record keeping and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
