BID ADMIN
Responsibilities:
Manage tender submissions, coordinate bid documents, and support the sales/procurement team.
Tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance, and maintaining bid records.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
Experience with government or corporate bids is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in UAE in Facilities Management is a mandate

BID EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, analyze tender documents, and coordinate with technical teams.
Evaluating materials, labor, and timelines to support competitive bids.
Strong analytical skills, engineering background, and experience in estimation and bidding processes are mandate
6-8 years of experience in UAE in Facilities Management is a mandate.
