Job Criteria & Eligibility Requirements

1. BIM-Related Requirements

  • Proven experience working with BIM (Revit) specifically for interior/fit-out projects.

  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD), and discipline coordination.

  • Ability to work efficiently with architectural, MEP, and shop drawings.

  • Experience in clash coordination and producing required BIM deliverables is highly preferred.

2. Fit-Out Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fit-out / interior fit-out projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of fit-out systems, materials, and site execution.

  • Capability to read and accurately interpret shop drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and technical specifications.

  • Relevant experience in commercial, office, retail, or hospitality fit-outs is strongly preferred.

Important Note: Only candidates with verified Fit-Out experience and relevant BIM experience will be entertained at the walk-in drive.
