Location: Abu Dhabi |
Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 (Based on Experience)
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in spare parts operations (sales, inventory, procurement) within an automotive agency or similar environment.
Qualification:
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor to lead our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily parts operations
Managing inventory, sourcing, and distribution
Ensuring timely support for service technicians and retail customers
Monitoring warehouse and counter workflows
Achieving KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, and cost control
