Assistant Manager – HR (Physician Hiring)
Location: UAE
Life Medical Centre is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have:
🔹 Proven experience in Physician Recruitment
🔹 Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE healthcare sector
🔹 Strong understanding of licensing requirements (DHA/MOH)
🔹 Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for medical professionals
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities Include:
Managing full-cycle physician recruitment (Specialists, & GPs)
Coordinating with department heads and licensing authorities
Supporting HR strategy aligned with clinical manpower needs
Maintaining a talent pipeline for upcoming expansions
Supporting HR operations and compliance
