- B1.1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer DHC 8-Q400/300/200
Job Purpose/Description: The Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer reports directly to the FW Maintenance Manager and is responsible for executing safe and efficient processes in aircraft repair, maintenance & servicing to meet operational demands, assists in accomplishment of the Company’s goals & objectives and to grow internal certification capabilities, ensuring the highest level of Airworthiness Standards and Safety are maintained all in accordance to ADA policies and procedures as well as aviation litigations.
Qualifications:
Hold valid and current General Civil Aviation Authority recognized international license
Company Authorisation
Acceptable CAR M & CAR 145 Training
Type rated on Dash8-Q400/Q300/Q200
Formal technical aviation discipline (Preferably in Fixed Wing)
Trade training either at a Technical College or formal flying training school
Licensed Engineer of 3 years on Dash8-Q400/Q300/Q200
Work experience of 5 years on Dash8-Q400/Q300/Q200
Extensive knowledge of Safety Management System
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with effective
Problem solving abilities
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
