We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a

  • Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
What are we looking out for?
Coordinate and organize daily administrative tasks for all departments.
Prepare, manage, and archive documents, agendas, and meetings.
Implement and improve office systems, procedures, and workflows.
Support management and act as a liaison between departments and external parties.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
Manage budgets, expenses, and purchasing of supplies.
Coordinate with sales departments and suppliers for placing and following up on orders.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints and direct them appropriately.
Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and optimize processes.
Maintain backup plans, track records, and support service engineers and contract customers.
Experience and Qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.
