Hiring candidates for the Following Position

  • ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government relations, particularly with Tawteen (Nationalization) requirements, and be well-versed in the processes of the Central Bank of the UAE and the Ministry of HR & Emiratization, including visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
Minimum of eight years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of Central Bank’s Tawteen system, with the ability to monitor and ensure organizational compliance
Updated knowledge of local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
Strong skills in preparing and submitting HR reports, including Tawteen compliance, employee data, and other workforce information, ensuring compliance with Central Bank requirements as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong presentation and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office
