Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Holding Group is urgently hiring an Admin & Recruitment Officer to join their team in Dubai immediately. Candidates who are available for immediate joining or have a short notice period will be given preference.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively balance recruitment and administrative duties.

👥 Recruitment Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals and social media.
- Source candidates through online job boards, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
🏢 Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and administration.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
