Ajman Markets Cooperative Society was established in February under Ministerial Resolution No. 58 of 2008 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as the first independent cooperative society in the Emirate of Ajman in order to serve the community in its area of operation and to provide the best international practices in the field of retail trade.
As the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society is considered one of the most important consumer cooperatives at the level of the emirate of Ajman, with its three branches distributed in several regions, including Al-Jurf, Al-Nuaimia, Al-Rumaila, and the headquarters of the association’s administration in Al-Rumaila.
The Ajman Markets Cooperative Society directly contributes to support price stability through the promotional campaigns it carries out throughout the year and provides many discounts and promotions of real value in addition to the valuable prizes offered to its customers.
We’re Hiring:
- Accommodation Supervisor at AJMAN Coop
#AjmanCoop is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our staff accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high living standards, and support employee well-being through efficient housing management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodations across multiple locations
✅ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all accommodation facilities
✅ Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution
✅ Manage accommodation assignments, check-ins/outs, and occupancy records
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE labor regulations
✅ Act as the main point of contact for employee housing concerns
Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in managing staff accommodations or similar roles within the UAE
✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to handle multiple sites and a diverse workforce
✔️ Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
