ABOUT COMPANY
Having our roots deeply dug in the U.A.E, Construction & Building Engineering was founded in 1969 as one of the earliest construction businesses in Dubai. Over the years CBE has developed an extensive experience in the construction industry. Our experience covers both the public and private sector. We have been involved in residential, commercial and governmental projects since our early beginning. Our reputation of quality and attention to detail led the company to win the bid for the significant cultural project Al Shindagha Conservation Phase-1 (Heritage and Diving Villages). This notable project put the company’s ability to execute valuable cultural projects on test. Within a short time frame CBE fulfilled its commitment and successfully completed the work in only 125 days, several days prior to the deadline.
This momentous achievement led CBE to be the first construction company in the UAE to be awarded an appreciation letter from the Director General of Dubai Municipality for its outstanding performance. This project and its resulting award was the major milestone and the basis for the exceptional reputation that CBE enjoys today. CBE is owned by Major General Juma Obaid Al Sayegh Ahli and his son Ahmed Juma Al Sayegh Ahli. Under their guidance, the reputation of CBE was cemented through the utilization of highly skilled personnel, labor and resources to ensure that all contracts and commitments are executed in accordance with the time frame, cost and specifications established. Document Controllers โ 3 positions (site-based)

Pre-Tender Quantity Surveyors โ 2 to 3 positions (Junior to mid-level)

Draftsmen โ 2 positions (Civil draftsman)

QA/QC Engineers โ 2 positions (ONE SENIOR & ONE JUNIOR)

NOC Coordinator โ 1 position (Must have experience getting NOC and approvals, building permits, bcc inspection, ETC.)

Requirements (General):
Relevant experience in the UAE construction industry preferred
Proficiency in construction documentation, standards, and regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiners will be given preference
