We are looking for a
- Guest Service Agent
who is customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle challenges effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work well within a team.
Requirements:
Previous front office or guest service experience is an advantage.
Fluent in Russian (preferred).
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable in a busy hotel environment.
