Al Ansari Exchange, a leading exchange company in the UAE with the largest branch network started as an offshoot of a flourishing trading business of the Al Ansari family almost 60 years ago, primarily to meet the foreign exchange and remittance needs of their trading partners and customers, at a time when formal banking was yet to be established in the Country. With the gradual evolution and semblance of banking in the mid-1960s, the first branch was opened in Abu Dhabi in 1966. The Company has made quick strides thereon and progressed to emerge as one of the largest and most popular exchange companies in the UAE. JOB VACANCY
- CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
As a Control Room Operator, you will monitor and manage control room operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant Cash-in-Transit (CIT) activities. You are the first line of defense, coordinating responses to alarms, supporting field teams, and maintaining 24/7 situational awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required.
A minimum of 2 years’ UAE experience in control room operations is a must.
Prior exposure to CIT processes, coordination, or security monitoring is an advantage.
Strong understanding of control room operations & familiarity with various vehicle monitoring/routing systems.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High level of integrity, situational awareness, and attention to detail.
