- Junior Estimator
(Immediately Available) – Interior Fit-Out (UAE)
We are currently looking for a Junior Estimator to join our growing team in the Fit-Out Interior Design sector.
If you have 3–4 years of UAE experience in commercial or hospital fit-out
projects, a keen eye for detail, and a solid grasp of estimation tools, we’d
love to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
•Preparing cost estimates and BOQs (Pre and Post Contract)
•Analyzing drawings and tender documents
•Sourcing & comparing supplier/subcontractor quotes
•Performing quantity take-offs from plans
•Supporting senior estimators in cost planning and tendering
✅ Requirements:
•Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
•3–4 years of UAE fit-out experience (commercial/hospital projects)
•Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Excel
•Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn
