Purpose of this Role
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the full employee lifecycle by expertly utilizing and maintaining our SAP SuccessFactors and attendance management systems.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
* Must be proficient in using SAP systems, specifically SuccessFactors and attendance management modules.
* In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
