- Accounts Assistant

Mahmood and Sons is a dynamic, innovative FMCG company focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. We’re expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to help us manage receivables and support financial health.
What you’ll do:
Prepare and send customer invoices promptly
Record and update payment transactions accurately
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
Contact customers to resolve payment issues and overdue payments
Reconcile payments with bank statements and client accounts
Maintain and verify customer account information
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Support audit and compliance related to receivables
Qualifications:
Degree in finance or accounting preferred
Experience in accounts receivable or finance support roles
Proficiency with Odoo and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills
