- Reservations Sales Agent

Join our dynamic team at DANAT Hotels Abu Dhabi, where hospitality meets excellence. We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent to be part of our Reservations team.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start Date: Immediate
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings using the PMS.
• Upsell room categories and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Ensure all reservations are processed in line with company standards and policies.
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in Reservations or Front Office, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud.
• Passion for guest service and attention to detail.
