Opening Position
- SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR (Available Immediately)
MISSION:
We are hiring a qualified Scaffolding Supervisor to support our offshore operations in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will have proven ADNOC offshore project experience and a strong track record of managing scaffolding activities safely and efficiently in challenging environments.
TASKS:
· Supervise the erection, inspection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures offshore
· Ensure all scaffolding works comply with ADNOC and international safety standards (e.g., BS EN 12811)
· Coordinate closely with site teams and HSE for safe access to work areas at height
· Conduct daily inspections and maintain scaffolding logs and safety reports
· Lead a team of scaffolders and ensure proper allocation of resources and materials
· Participate in toolbox talks and promote safe scaffolding practices on site
· Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions related to scaffolding works
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Valid CISRS / CITB / OSHA or equivalent scaffolding certification
· Minimum 5 years of scaffolding supervision experience in offshore oil & gas projects
· ADNOC offshore project experience is mandatory
· Strong leadership and coordination skills
· Deep knowledge of offshore scaffolding safety requirements
· Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately
OTHER DETAILS:
Location: Abu Dhabi (Offshore)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Rotation: 75 days on / 21 days off
