Store Supervisor (Watches) – Dubai Duty Free

Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Travel Retail / Duty Free
Reports to: Manager – Travel Retail
Our client, a leading player in the luxury retail industry, is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage operations in the Watches Category at Dubai Duty Free.
📝 Role Overview:
The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and maintain the highest standards of luxury retail.
✅ Requirements:
Hindi language required
3–5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within luxury retail, watches, or travel retail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience working with high-end brands or structured retail groups is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
