Skills/pre-requisites
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, with expertise in menu knowledge, upselling techniques, ensuring smooth service flow, staff training, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong communication, order-taking accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel/restaurant will be added advantage.
