-DHA License or Eligibility
-5+ years in Emergency Department (including 2+ in a senior UAE/GCC role)
-Strong leadership and crisis management skills
-Familiar with JCI standards and evidence-based practices
-ATCN or equivalent certification
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
