- Receivable Accountant
we are hiring Receivable Accountant
Project Location: Abu Dhabi-UAE

Duties, Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
• Collection of time cards / waybills and preparation of related schedules
• Preparation and submission of invoices
• Customer credit facility arrangements
• Preparation of schedules for comparison purposes. (Debtors, project requisition)
• Credit/debit notes, JV etc. related to AR.
• Collection and follow-up of debts.
• Reporting on a daily basis to Chief Accountant.
• Preparation of revenue schedule, its comparison to revenue budget and preparation of utilisation factor.
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Conducting company’s annual audit.
• Take care of accounts payable as and when required.
Objectives
To ensure that supplier invoices are booked immediately, Pay on time report to Chief Accountant on Creditor payments and to support the Chief accountant in preparing the reports for AJC Group.
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in Receivable Accountant field
• Bachelor’s Degree
