Company Description
Central Hotels & Resorts has quickly established itself as a reputable hotel management group in the UAE with its flagship property. The group has recently added new 5-star hotels to its portfolio such as Canal Central Business Bay, Royal Central The Palm, C Central Hotels & Resorts The Palm and Island Central in Dubai.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, providing information about the facilities and services offered by the hotel, and resolving any guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation, friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing check-in/check-out procedures, using hotel management software, and handling reservations and billing.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints and urgent requests.
Experience and Education: Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-facing role is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
