Academic Qualifications: Bachelorโs Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
โ
Experience: 3+ years of UAE experience in drafting for commercial, luxury, or hospitality interior fit-out projects.
โ
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge in Revit is a plus) and 3D Max knowledge and familiar with UAE building regulations. Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, and coordination with MEP drawings. Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical shop drawings.
โ
Interior Fit-Out Knowledge: Deep understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and the ability to deliver design solutions that align with client needs and specifications.
โ
Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise drawings that meet high-quality standards, ensuring all design elements are executed flawlessly.
โ
Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed construction drawings.
โ
UAE Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE, ensuring all drafts comply with the necessary standards.

โจPrepare detailed architectural drawings for interior fit-out projects, from concept to execution.
โจWork closely with the design team to refine layouts and design elements based on client needs.
โจEnsure accuracy and adherence to specifications and regulations in every stage of the drafting process.
โจCollaborate with technical coordinator and other teams to ensure timely delivery of design documents and resolve any technical issues.
