  • EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Join our team at City Seasons Al Hamra – Abu Dhabi and take charge of our culinary operations! We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen as Head of Department and drive culinary excellence.

📍 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
• Oversee menu planning, development, and execution
• Manage kitchen team performance, training, and development
• Monitor food cost, wastage control, and supplier management
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management for special events, promotions, and banquets

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience as Executive Sous Chef or Head Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔️ Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques
✔️ Knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen administration
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
✔️ Can join immediately
