Assistant Accounting Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to join our team at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel!
If you’re a finance professional with a passion for hospitality and expertise in Accounts Payable, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the Accounts Payable section, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
– Oversee vendor invoices, payment reconciliations, and vendor relationships
– Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
– Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar field, preferably in hospitality
– Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
– Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
