We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager
Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with a passion for premium service and strong knowledge of coffee, tea & matcha. If you’ve led successful teams in high-end cafés or restaurants and thrived in a fast-paced, multicultural environment — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead daily floor operations & guest service
– Train, schedule, and motivate staff
– Manage inventory, ordering & cost control
– Support hiring & team performance reviews
– Drive marketing & guest engagement
– Ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards
🔹 What You Bring:
– 3+ years’ restaurant management experience
– Fluent in Russian and English
– Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
– Passion for F&B, especially coffee and matcha
– Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards
