ABOUT COMPANY
The first Minutes branch opened in 1984 as a small shop in Wahda Street in Sharjah, offering shoe repair and key cutting services. The second branch opened ten years later in City Centre Deira in 1995, offering a wider range of products and services such as engraving, mobile repair and watch repair.
Over the following years, Minutes has expanded at a rapid pace; opening a total of 42 branches and continuously increasing the number of services – making it the largest one-stop repair shop for customers in the UAE.

Accounts Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Retail
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform bank and supplier ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
– Manage supplier bill payments and post expense invoices in accounting software
– Handle petty cash and monitor branch cash collections
– Coordinate with branch cashiers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance
– Support daily finance operations and assist with tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in UAE
– Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Good communication and coordination abilities
