ABOUT COMPANY
The first Minutes branch opened in 1984 as a small shop in Wahda Street in Sharjah, offering shoe repair and key cutting services. The second branch opened ten years later in City Centre Deira in 1995, offering a wider range of products and services such as engraving, mobile repair and watch repair.
Over the following years, Minutes has expanded at a rapid pace; opening a total of 42 branches and continuously increasing the number of services – making it the largest one-stop repair shop for customers in the UAE.

Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Retail
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching.
– Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
– Use ERP systems and Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for inventory and performance reporting.
– Lead and train warehouse staff while ensuring safety and efficiency.
– Coordinate with logistics for timely transportation and delivery of goods.
– Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
– 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience (preferably in retail).
– Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Knowledge of warehouse safety and transport logistics.
