Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Floorist. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the installation of our flooring products at various job sites. Your leadership skills and industry expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the installation of flooring products at different job sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
Monitor and report project progress to project managers, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposing solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by the team.
Uphold The Floorist’s reputation for excellence by delivering exceptional service and workmanship on every project.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the flooring, construction, or manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of flooring installation techniques, materials, and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and challenges effectively.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in a construction or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
