IEMS was established in 1968 as an MEP Contracting Company. Our growth from humble beginnings into one of UAE’s most reputed MEP contractor is a reflection of the strong relationships we have forged over the years with internationally renowned Clients, Consultants and Contractors. We have executed prestigious projects for Government, Semi-Government and Private entities in the MENA and Asia region that cover multiple sectors such as High-rise, Commercial & Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Industrial and Ports. Today, IEMS employs over 2,000 qualified and fully trained technicians with hands on experience in execution of MEP works at multiple sectors such as Hospitality, High Rise, Commercial and Residential, Healthcare, Education, Industrial and Ports. We also have a consolidated team of specialized dedicated engineers and a committed management with an experience of over and above thirty years in the UAE, in various aspects of MEP services and engineering procurement.
Our purpose built Modular Factory in Ras Al Khor, Dubai pre-fabricates MEP Services which are later installed in Modular Frames at our Projects.
IEMS is a fully owned subsidiary of Kinden Corporation, Japan, the highly successful multinational business conglomerate with an Annual Turnover of USD 5 Billion and is poised to spread its wings in multi-disciplines related MEP Works in U.A.E and MENA region.

Requirements
• Minimum 10-15 Years MEP experience for Project Managers
• Minimum 10-12 Years MEP experience for Project Engineers
• Minimum 6-8 Years MEP experience for Site Engineers & Supervisors
• Minimum 6-8 Years MEP experience for QA/QC Engineers
Minimum 6-8 Years MEP experience for Storekeepers
Prior experience in execution of MEP services in UAE/GCC is mandatory
Strong knowledge of MEP Systems, Codes and Standards
Proven track record of Project delivery and Client Satisfaction
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a must for Project Managers and Engineers
