- HR Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job summary:
– Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent.
– Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for organizational fit.
– Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
– Implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
– Lead performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers on employee assessments.
– Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
– Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.
– Ensure compliance with legal employment standards and regulations.
– Manage payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate compensation.
– Analyze workforce data to inform HR strategies aligned with business goals.
– Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
– Collect and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
– Assist in budgeting for HR-related initiatives and expenses.
– Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing through targeted programs.
– Prepare for and manage workplace crises or emergencies.
– Liaise with external bodies, including labor offices and recruitment agencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
– Proven HR management experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills.
