WE ARE HIRING
- MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR / DEPARTMENT HEAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee maintenance tasks, provide leadership and training to staff, and ensure high performance and customer service.
• Perform routine inspections, handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects, and organize materials and equipment.
Resolve guest and departmental issues confidently, and consult upper management for complex problems to ensure timely and effective solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 Years of hotel/resort
experience in the supervisory level is a must
Fluency in English and additional languages are a plus
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to commute/relocate: Umm al-Quwain City
