•  Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests while ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and uphold high standards of customer service. Your role will also involve engaging with guests, taking orders, and recommending beverage options to enhance their dining or social experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences.

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring prompt and accurate service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar counter, equipment, and glassware.

Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed to minimize waste and ensure efficient operation. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.

Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile sales transactions accurately.

Uphold Vogo Hotel’s policies and procedures regarding responsible alcohol service.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Stay updated on current beverage trends, promotions, and special events to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff as needed.
