  • Admin Assistant

Administrative Assistant with HR experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team
Coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with recruitment processes
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
Assist with general administrative tasks, like email correspondence, meetings, follow up clients requests, track and record samples shipping.

Please note that the office is located in Dubai Production City, and applicants should apply only if they are able to commute to the office location.
