- Shift Leader – Engineering
Job knowledge :
1- Electrical background , able to trouble shoot MDB AND SMDB ,
2- Basis HVAC and plumbing
3- Must have background in AV system setting up in events and meetings.
4- And able to maintain stores and to do purchase request, and attendance ,admin works.
5- Able to handle shift and assist the technician in case of emergency.
6- Must have hotel background.
- Electrician
Job knowledge:
1- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, including plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
2- Electrical background , able to trouble shoot MDB AND SMDB ,
3- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of room equipment and amenities.
4- Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues in their rooms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with room equipment and systems to identify the root cause of problems.
6- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.
7- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs completed, and parts used.
8- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in guest rooms and maintenance areas.
9- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance 10- tasks to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents.
11- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to room maintenance and equipment.
12- Provide assistance and support to other members of the engineering team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Follow up on shower head cleaning, water flushing, rooms water temperature and water parameter are in line.
13- Regular inspection of pump rooms and maintain all the dosing system.
14- Take charge of evening shift and night shifts during the supervisor’s absence.
- Plumber
Job knowledge:
1- Room Runner Duties: Fulfill the role of a rooms runner by assisting with guest requests, delivering amenities, and ensuring that rooms are properly stocked and maintained according to hotel standards.
2- Swimming Pool Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the hotel’s swimming pool, including monitoring water quality, adjusting chemical levels, and ensuring proper filtration and circulation.
3- Dosing System Management: Manage the dosing system for the swimming pool, which includes adding chemicals such as chlorine or pH adjusters to maintain water balance and sanitation.
4- Circulation Pump Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain circulation pumps that are responsible for keeping the pool water moving and properly filtered.
5- Sump Pump Maintenance: Maintain and service sump pumps, which are used to remove excess water from areas such as basements, utility rooms, or swimming pool drainage systems.
6- PPR Welder knowledge.
7- PVC pipe fitting and shutdown work knowledge.
- Painter
Job knowledge:
1- Able to perform independently the painting and polish of furniture and fixtures.
2- He should have knowledge of paint selection and requesting.
3- Perform all kind of mixtures of varnish and polish on % basis glossy and mat finishes.
4- Hotel background is an advantage .
5- Able read and write.
