About Us
musafir.com is the UAE’s leading online travel management company. Founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani and Mr. Sachin Gadoya in August 2007 to serve leisure customers, musafir.com branched out into business travel in 2017.
musafir.com’s first flagship branch was opened in 2007 in SAIF Zone, Sharjah which has today expanded to a total of 10 branches spread across the UAE, India, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Since its inception, musafir.com has served over a million customers through its flagship website & branch network.
The word Musafir (IPA: /mʊ.sɑː.fɪɾ/) means “traveler” in Arabic. Services provided by musafir.com include search & bookings on numerous flights and hotels, UAE tourist visa (application & assistance), global tourist visa assistance, and holiday packages. musafir.com offers flights to over 3,000 destinations, hotel stays at more than 1 million properties around the world, holiday experiences and much more. musafir.com also manages corporate travel for more than 1000 companies in GCC.
Launching its services in India in 2010, the brand signed an exciting partnership with cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar in 2013, which saw him represent musafir.com as a global brand ambassador until 30 April, 2016. musafir.com also operates a multilingual contact center, which offers customers dedicated 24/7 support.
