• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Extensive industrial bakery production experience.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Proven experience managing CPU (Central Production Unit) operations.
• Adaptability to fast-paced bakery environments.
