  • Data Entry and Administrative Assistant

Location: Dubai –Jebel Ali
Joining: Immediate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities will include data entry tasks on our ERP system and providing administrative support to HR department.

Responsibilities:
-Inputting, updating, and maintaining data (Daily Timesheets, Employee records) in the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
-Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
-Generating reports and compiling data as needed.
-Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in data entry and experience with ERP systems preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
