🔍 Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Shipping industry.
The ability to generate new sales revenue independently
Strategically position profitable solutions with new customers, focusing on domestic and international freight products and services.
Creates and drives a sales plan strategy that meets monthly sales goals
Manage team, promote, monitor, and engage employees to exceed metrics and organizational goals.
