AIC Steel Engineering Ltd locates in the National Economic & Technological Development Zone in Changshu city of Jiangsu province blessed with convenient transportation and complete facilities. AIC dedicates to promoting modular building system manufactures with expertise and experience in developing and manufacturing for prefabricated homes.
Backed up by Offsite Manufacturing Methodologies (OSM) from Europe, the modules we deliver can be up to 90% complete in the factory, including flooring, painting, pluming and electrics, kitchen and bedroom fit-out as well as windows and doors installation.
We choose CE certified materials for fit-out with custom-designed styles so as to meet various demands from the customer.Utilising both traditional and offsite construction advantages, module fabrication are developed to ensure quality project delivery.
