- JR. COST CONTROL ENGINEER
Location: Dubai
Company: Venco Imtiaz Construction Corporation
With minimum of overall 2-5 years + experience in contracting
REQUIRED:
Must be available in the UAE
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Basic cost control procedure and resource relocation
Familiarity with cost control software or ERP Systems
Having knowledge to implement earned value management (EVM)
Quantity take off and estimate
Proficient in Excel
Duties & Responsibilities:
Control & monitor project total expenses including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from supplier, vendors, and subcontractors.
Review & Assign cost code of each material requisition
Review & Assign cost of each labour daily productivity report
Prepare monthly cost reports
Create budget based on information provided by tender team
Quantity take off if required.
