- Joinery Factory Manager
Please find the below Job details ;
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Experience in a Joinery company is a must.
At least 10 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.
Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the production department.
Job requirements :
Expertise in woodworking machinery, equipment, and tool’s
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.
Exceptional leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
