Calling all GMs looking for a truly unique opportunity to manage a 4-star branded property in Ethiopia, Africa with four busy outlets among other facilities.
We are looking for a self-starter, a leader keen to take a hands-on approach, with the ability to engage the existing team and to deploy a strong professional and creative flair for problem-solving and streamlining processes.
The ideal candidate will be financially astute, resourceful, open-minded and flexible. S/he will be equally comfortable operating on their own initiative as well as working in close partnership with a centralised head office management team. S/he will also bring a strong commitment to quality standards and commercial strategies.
Fluency in English is essential, as is previous management experience within upper/midscale hotels and F&B operations. Experience with internationally branded hotels and living and working in sub-Saharan Africa would be highly advantageous.
